T H E F O U N D E R SA shared love for wearable simplicity

The label was founded by Sonal and Shivani while working together on an Indian brand of bespoke clothing line and soft furnishings for close to 15 years.
The founders, both post graduates from Pearl Academy of Fashion, India, are a formidable pair. Sonal with her creative thinking and Shivani with her contemporary design edge, complement each other beautifully.
The label, born out of their shared love for elegant western wear with just the right amount of Indian influences, reflects their evolved design sensibility.

1. Do you have a storefront?

Yes, we have a storefront in New Delhi, India (14/31, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi – 110008) and weship to Canada and India only through our official website.

2. Do you take custom orders?

No, we do not customize or alter our pieces. However, most of our pieces can be easily altered as wegive ample margins (up to 2-4 inches). Colour change options and other customization requests interms of sleeves/neckline etc. are not undertaken for individual orders.

3. How can I order an item that is sold out?

Unfortunately, you will have to wait until we restock the item as we do not accept orders for sold-out pieces.

4. What is your return / exchange policy?

In order to be eligible for a return, please send the unused item/items in its/their original packagingand in the same condition that you received it in.Please note that you will be responsible for paying any shipping costs, duties, customs fees, andtaxes (if applicable) incurring on your return. Any costs incurred by us for the return shipping of youritem will be deducted from your refund. We recommend that you ship the return using a trackableshipping method as you will be responsible for the goods until we receive them.See our return policy here.
